The Recipe: Ginger Bloat Relief Smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C cottage cheese
  • 3/4 C milk of choice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 C fresh spinach

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
